Living Wage Hawaii is seeking motivated, dynamic Media Managers to join our team. Living Wage Hawaii is the campaign of a Honolulu based non-profit seeking to raise the minimum wage to a living wage.
The Marketing Manager will operate the social media accounts and oversee the implementation of a marketing strategy. They will utilize social media and other marketing tools to expand our brand awareness and messaging.
Essential Duties:

Develop and post original content for social media accounts

Attract new followers

Spread awareness of our efforts

Work closely with the Director to discuss strategy and progress

Capitalize on opportunities to create news coverage for our campaign

Analysis of social media trends and post data

Identify opportunities to expand our reach and influence
Preferred Qualities:

Self-starter with a passion for raising the minimum wage to a living wage

Thoroughly enjoys using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

Strong willingness to learn and adapt
Compensation
